"Hands" - 1 of 4 Limited Edition Lithographs from Michael Jordan and Mark Vancil. The lithograph is a portrait photo taken by the legendary photographer, Walter Iooss Jr. with an actual size overlayed imprint of MJ's hands. As Michael writes on the back of the lithograph:
"Walter Iooss Jr. had an idea for my hands. He wanted a personal touch on the image we used for the cover of For the Love of the Game (book). We created the effect by dipping my hands in acrylic paint in my office in Chicago. My hands are shown actual size on each of the three lithographs.
"When I look at this lithograph it reminds me of why I played the game. It wasn't for the money. It wasn't for the fame. It was for the love of the game. Nothing more, nothing less. I would have played for free."
